Easter at the Harrogate Chocolate Factory!

Can you believe Easter is just around the corner? Are you wanting to make this Easter extremely special? Then why don’t you pop into our café (located next to the Odeon cinema in Harrogate town centre) where we will be bringing out some new products all Easter themed! If you also check out our social media accounts, there might even be some pretty great deals on cakes, coffees and of course our chocolate.

Here at Harrogate Chocolate Factory we absolutely love Easter! We get to dust off our Easter egg moulds and fill them with our special rich melted chocolate (and maybe even fill them with other little gifts too!) We have yet to start selling Easter eggs, but that doesn’t mean we can’t make them and give them away.

This year, we are hopefully going to be doing an Easter egg hunt in partnership with the Harrogate Chocolate Factory Café, and also do a prize on a large chocolate factory Easter egg which will be filled with a fun surprise. So keep your eyes peeled on our social media accounts for the exciting announcement. 

As a growing business, we have invested more into our new machinery, which will hopefully start making hundreds of more chocolate bars in the coming months, but it is always nice to take a break from our bars and experiment with different kinds of moulds and see what else we can create with our chocolate. We have some really exciting plans in the pipeline!

Did you know that….Harrogate Chocolate Factory is one of two social enterprises set up by Harrogate Skills for Living’s Skills Bridge programme with the aim of building bridges to employment and independence for our trainees. Under the guidance of tutors, our trainees are involved in all parts of the process of making the chocolate bars, from sorting and roasting the beans right through to packaging and taking to place of sale.
