Our chocolatiers

Working in the Harrogate Chocolate Factory provides the opportunity for our learners to develop many skills which are pivotal for the workplace. As part of acquiring knowledge of the bean to bar production process, our chocolatiers learn to follow instruction, comply with health and safety and hygiene practices, work as part of a team and strengthen their manual dexterity. These experiences glow on their CVs, helping our chocolatiers to take further steps into employment or voluntary work.
