Shipping policy

We want to make sure that our chocolate arrives you in a timely fashion and free of any damage. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order and we will rectify this as best we can. Please see our returns and refunds policy for any returns.

All UK orders placed on Monday to Friday before 3pm will be sent the same day and all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday.

Orders under £10 will be sent via Royal Mail (£1.99). Orders from £10.01 - £49.99 will be sent via InPost (£2.89). Any parcels weighing over 15kg with be sent by an appropriate courier. 

The minimum order spend for free UK delivery is £50.00.

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

Invoices/receipts: Invoices and receipts will be sent by email. We do not include paper invoices in the parcel.
