Shipping policy

We want to make sure that our chocolate arrives you in a timely fashion and free of any damage. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order and we will rectify this as best we can. Please see our returns and refunds policy for any returns.

All UK orders placed on Monday to Friday before 3pm will be sent the same day and all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday.

Parcels under 2kg (1 box of 24 or less of chocolate) will be sent via Tracked 24 Royal Mail (£3.85). Parcels over 2kg will be sent via a suitable courier. Courier delivery may vary in price.

The minimum order spend for free UK delivery is £40.00.

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

Invoices/receipts: Invoices and receipts will be sent by email. We do not include paper invoices in the parcel.
