Refund policy
Care and precision goes into the making of our chocolate but we know sometimes things don't always go to plan. We hope you are happy with your order, however if something is not to your satisfaction, please contact us.
Damaged items: If your item has arrived damaged in transit or has suffered a quality issue, we will always offer to replace your item free of charge. If you would prefer, we will issue you a full refund including postage costs. All we ask is for you to send the damaged goods back to us and we will send you the returns postage.
Cancelled orders: You have a right to cancel your order at any time before and up to 14 days after delivery. Unfortunately you will not be able to cancel your order if 14 days have passed since your received your items. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that you return your item to us unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
Please note that in the event you are cancelling your order, or no longer want your items, we will only refund the original cost of the items themselves and not any postage costs.
